Adviser - Knowledge Management

The Adviser for Knowledge Management is responsible for identifying, capturing, organising, and disseminating CEMR’s knowledge capitalised through engagement with member associations and other stakeholders such as universities, institutes, think tanks and funders. The role of the Adviser for Knowledge Management is pivotal in building, implementing, and disseminating knowledge through knowledge management strategies, tools, and processes. Thus, leveraging the organisation’s intellectual resources and driving collaboration with stakeholders.

The Knowledge Management Advisor reports to the Projects & Programmes Director.

Research Analyst

The Research Analyst’s role is to build, develop and strengthen CEMR-PLATFORMA fact-based knowledge and expertise in decentralised development cooperation. More specifically, the role involves conducting research on decentralised cooperation among European cities and municipalities, by means of desk reviews, interviews, and surveys to map cooperation patterns. While the role is centred on research, it also entails assessing funding opportunities for future research on decentralised development cooperation and drafting project reports for submission to funders.

The Research Analyst reports to the Projects & Programmes Director and works closely with the PLATFORMA programme, the Bridges of Trust Initiative, and the Communication team members.
