Town twinning 2004 : information and forms available now !
The Directorate general (DG) Education and Culture of the European Commission has published its 2004 call for proposals for town twinning projects.
Towns and municipalities that wish to establish a twinning project or to stage an event linked to twinning can retrieve all the information needed on the DG Education and Culture site, in 11 languages.
