FEACP conference: How to communicate Europe to citizens?

The European federation of public communicators associations (FEACP) is organising a conference on how to improve European communication between citizens and public institutions, local and central governments, on.18 and 19 September, in Strasbourg.
 
Key speakers will identify the problems Europe faces to communicate with citizens. The conference will focus on several questions including how do local, regional and national governements communicate to their citizens? How can EU institutions benefit from the know-how of networks of public communicators from local or central governments?
 
Speakers will include representatives from European institutions, the French government, the Council of European Municipalities and Regions (CEMR) and its member associations.
 
The European federation of public communication associations (FEACP) aims at gathering, all over Europe, associations and committees of professionals in charge of communications at any level: national, regional or local governments, assemblies, administrations and public services.
