Just launched: World Observatory on Subnational Government Finance and InvestmentFor transparent and standardised access to data, for capacity-building on subnational governance and finance, and to collect data with a global network of experts and institutions: the World Observatory on Subnational Government Finance and Investment was launched on 17 November. This initiative was launched by the OECD and UCLG. CEMR contributed to the discussions on the activities of the Observatory in the coming years.
