Congress of wireless and digital cities 2007 (27 and 28/09 – Cannes)

Participate in the congress of wireless and digital cities 2007 organised for local authorities planning, evaluating or deploying wireless networks, in Cannes (France), on 27 and 28 September 2007.

With over 500 delegates expected to attend from across the EU, Central and Eastern Europe, this second edition will focus on the European initiative "Lisbon i2010 agenda" and on how this is promoting an open and competitive digital economy with an emphasis on inclusion and quality of life.

Beyond discussing this new technology and showcasing a broad range of applications, this event will address issues including social inclusion for cities and rural areas; economic and financial concerns around funding, sustainability, costs, contracts or the impact on public and private service provision.
