The Policy Committee is the main body to decide upon the strategic and political orientations of the organisation.
The Policy Committee approves the budget and the annual work programme and decides on the main policy lines and the admission of new members. It comprises around 170 members elected for three-year terms. Each national delegation is allocated seats based on its country’s population.
