Programme
The CEMR Leaders’ Summit brings together over 150 local leaders from 41 European countries to address Europe’s most pressing challenges. Over two days, the Summit combines internal statutory meetings with open political discussions on the wider European and international context.
DAY 1: Cultural tour and statutory affairs meetings
The first day of the Leaders’ Summit will feature a cultural tour of Rovaniemi, followed by the statutory affairs meetings. The day will conclude with a gala dinner.
DAY 2: Political discussions
The second day of the Leaders’ Summit will be dedicated to political discussions on the role of local and regional governments across a range of key topics. A more detailed agenda will be shared in the coming weeks. The day will conclude at noon on Friday.
