Call for proposals: Design and develop a visual identity and branding concept for the CEMR Congress
The Council of European Municipalities and Regions (CEMR) is seeking a graphic designer to develop the visual identity and branding of the CEMR Congress 2027, taking place in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, from 9 to 11 June 2027.
Working closely with CEMR’s Communications Team, the selected designer will create the Congress branding and visual concept, ensuring a consistent look and feel across all communication materials, digital assets and event spaces.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for a designer, studio or agency with proven experience in event branding and visual communication. The assignment includes the development of the Congress visual identity, brand guidelines, promotional materials, digital assets, stage branding, signage, accreditation materials and other event-related designs.
The selected contractor will also liaise with local suppliers and production companies to ensure the successful delivery of all branded materials.

Budget
