First Call for Proposals EUI – Innovative Actions
Eligible authorities are invited to submit project proposals in the framework of the first EUI – Innovative Actions (EUI-IA) Call for Proposals. For this Call for Proposals, an indicative budget of EUR 50 million ERDF is allocated.
Each project can receive up to a maximum of EUR 5 million ERDF co-financing and project implementation should take place within a maximum period of 3,5 years.

The Covenant of Mayors in Sub-Saharan Africa (CoM SSA) is looking for a contractor to provide support in the organisation of capacity building and advocacy events and the coordination and editorial of two project publications:
– Local Climate Action Advocacy in Sub-Saharan Africa
– Capacity-building for Local Government Associations: lessons learned

Project Lead – Climate, Energy & Urban Development
Mission: research and draft a study on local finances in Europe
CEMR is looking for a contractor to research and draft a study on local finances in Europe since 2010, including the impact of COVID-19 and the development of green local finances. The work will take place between the end of October 2021 and April 2022.
