The Energy Behaviour Forum is a pan-European initiative that supports local and regional authorities by providing a knowledge-sharing platform, practical tools, good practices and capacity-building, enabling them to design and implement effective short-, medium- and long-term strategies and initiatives to promote energy-efficient behaviour among citizens and private sector stakeholders.
Specifically, the Forum’s activities centre on three pillars:
- A Knowledge Hub, collecting case studies, guidance and policy support tools for interested actor to create their own energy efficiency and behavioural change campaign.
- Online courses and expert training for both local and regional authorities, as well as behavioural scientists.
- The Friends of the Forum group offering opportunities for networking and peer-to-peer exchanges on energy efficiency and behavioural change.
Energy Behaviour Forum is an initiative of the European Commission.
